It may take a few minutes from the time the email is sent for it to show up in your inbox. You can {{You've got mail}} or {{ygm}} template.— at any time by removing the Psychiatrick (talk) 01:53, 31 December 2015 (UTC)
I have removed you addition to the above article, as it appears to have been copied directly from a copyright web page, http://www.stiftung-evz.de/fileadmin/user_upload/EVZ_Uploads/Publikationen/Englisch/evz_publ_mrb_130-165.pdf. — Diannaa (talk) 20:08, 21 February 2016 (UTC)
- This is neither my addition nor is it anywhere in the link you provided. Nkrita (talk) 20:21, 21 February 2016 (UTC)
- The content was added by you in this diff, which has now been revision-deleted. You sourced the addition to a book titled Human Rights And History: A Challenge for Education, but it is also available in the document http://www.stiftung-evz.de/fileadmin/user_upload/EVZ_Uploads/Publikationen/Englisch/evz_publ_mrb_130-165.pdf. The addition started "After an explosion in the Moscow subway on 8 January 1977, ..." — Diannaa (talk) 21:36, 21 February 2016 (UTC)
- This is neither my addition nor is it anywhere in the link you provided. Nkrita (talk) 20:21, 21 February 2016 (UTC)
- I see what you mean now. Thanks for the heads up. I have re-added the information contained in those two sentences in a hopefully more palatable way. Nkrita (talk) 12:28, 24 February 2016 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Vladimir Bukovsky bibliography
[edit]Hello Nkrita,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Vladimir Bukovsky bibliography for deletion, because it appears to duplicate an existing Wikipedia article, Vladimir Bukovsky.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. TheLongTone (talk) 13:31, 27 April 2016 (UTC)

DYK for Vladimir Bukovsky
[edit]On 21 May 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Vladimir Bukovsky, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that for campaigning against indefinite psychiatric imprisonment for opponents of the regime, Vladimir Bukovsky was confined for years in Soviet psychiatric prison-hospitals, labor camps, and prisons? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Vladimir Bukovsky. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Vladimir Bukovsky), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

/* Human rights movement in the Soviet Union */
[edit]I've revised the intro to this article.
It's important to remember that many people were "forced" to become dissidents. If you look at the first issue of the Chronicle and follow what happened to people who protested then it is striking how many wanted to be re-admitted to the Party, if they were expelled, or have various forms of censure removed from their records.
Thus the incomparable Grigorenko began as a reform Communist. Bukovsky, on the other hand, was always opposed root and branch to the system.
Only over time did a dissident milieu come into existence.

Hi,
Just wanted to let you know that I'm willing to accept this draft, provided you add more content on his early and later life, as well as expanding the parts on his literary work. Thanks,

- I have added whatever I could find. Nkrita (talk) 18:00, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks - it looks better now. Sorry if that seemed a bit draconian of me. I'll check the draft now. GABgab 20:49, 23 August 2016 (UTC)

Vesti iz SSSR
[edit]Hi, Nkrita
Just been using Vesti to follow up on certain people in the 1980s. It's a tremendous resoruce. Someone really should work on a better organised website for Vesti - it could be quite easy to do, and I'm willing to contribute.
John Crowfoot (talk) 04:51, 31 October 2016 (UTC)
Hi, there
I think it's time that the old Vesti website discouraged search engines. Because it's been there longer, it comes up first on a Google search but it's nowhere near as user-friendly (the upgraded website is getting hundreds of visits and dozens of visitors) - https://vestiizsssr.com

References in CCE article need your attention
[edit]I've been through the CCE artilce today working, in particular, on the question of when each issue appeared.
In adding new references to both CCE in English and Vesti iz SSSR in Russian I've disturbed the < ref name blah blah blah /> system of footnoting. Can you clear it up?
Sorry for the mess! John Crowfoot (talk) 19:54, 17 April 2017 (UTC)
